This service will ensure that as an owner your property will be cared for at all times.  We offer a full management service for your guests to ensure that their stay is trouble free whilst at the property.  We are on call as soon as a guest arrives until they depart.
We also offer a management service for owners who wish to own a property for personal use only but need a reliable trustworthy company to take care of it.

• Cleaning

We work with a cleaning company on the island to ensure that the property is always ready for new guests.
For owners we can organise daily cleans whilst they are using the property.

• Laundry

We have a very good company that ensures that your linen is laundered carefully and ready for the next service.

• Gardening

We have very good gardening/landscaping contacts.  If required we will work alongside them to make sure the garden is a wonderful well kept feature.

• Maintenance

We have excellent professional contacts for any job big or small that might be required at the property.
