About Us
Having lived on Waiheke Island for a number of years we realise how lucky we are to be living in such an awesome part of New Zealand. We originally lived in the turmoil of Zimbabwe so are delighted to be living in a tranquil piece of paradise.
We opened Waiheke Home Management Ltd in 2003 as we felt there was a growing need for owners to be able to purchase a property on the island and to enjoy the benefits of long distance ownership. It started with a dream and we now manage a wide portfolio of holiday properties which is very exciting. When we started we concentrated on management only but have recently developed an on-line booking system.
Also we saw a need for owners to be able to be relaxed, in the knowledge that whilst guests were in residence, their property was in safe hands. A guest wants a home that looks like new when they arrive and if a problem arises to be assured that caring help is at hand.
We have the services of very reliable and professional cleaning and maintenance crews who we have worked with over the years to ensure that every need is met.
We have grown rapidly over the past few years and are delighted to be able to offer you and your guests many quality services. By always adding to our services we ensure that your every need is met with total satisfaction.
